Field visits
Programs are built around a real piece of work the team already owns. Participants practice the method on that work, then leave with templates they can reuse.
Typical rooms cover product discovery, content operations, and stakeholder communication. Groups stay small so feedback is specific.
IID can run a single intensive day or a six-week series with office hours between sessions.
